Orders before 2pm ship the same working day. West Malaysia 2–4 working days, East Malaysia 4–7 working days. You'll get a tracking number by email and in your account.

FPX online banking (all Malaysian banks), Visa/Mastercard, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay and Boost via our payment gateway. Cash accepted in-store.

7-day returns on unused items in original packaging. Paddles come with a 6-month manufacturer warranty against core crush and delamination. Grips, balls and tape are consumables and can't be returned once opened.

Earn 1 point per RM1 on paid orders. 100 points = RM1. Redeem at checkout (minimum 500 points). Points are credited once payment is confirmed.

Yes. Vouchers are applied first, then points, then delivery is added.

Absolutely — every paddle we sell has a demo unit in our Ipoh store. Bring your ID and hit on our practice wall, or borrow one for a session with a refundable deposit.
